How do you eco?

1) We use only non-toxic, biodegradable and all natural cat litters.

2) We feed a raw & natural diet which has many benefits: It reduces waste (no bags to throw away) & reduces fecal matter (cats digest their food better). It also reduces the need for toxic flea and worming products (the optimal diet helps the cat's immunity to parasites).

3) Food is local instead of sourced all over the world. We buy our meats from Texas farmers primarily. Occasionally other sources but all within the USA and close by.

4) We protect water supplies by not flushing cat waste and litters in the toilet.

5) We spay and neuter all pets before they leave helping to prevent Siberian cats from adding to the overpopulation of pets in the USA.

6) We use only non-toxic, eco-friendly and biodegradable cleaning supplies and disinfectants.

7) We use only natural and eco-friendly flea and parasite treatments when necessary. This is rarely needed on our own cats because of the superior diet but cats from other breeders can sometimes be infested.

8) We are always looking for more ways to be one of the only Green Catteries!

Why did you go eco?

Not only does it protect the environment but it helps us to provide our kitten buyers with the healthiest, strongest and happiest kittens around!

We also get to live in a clean, and green home which is better for our own health and well-being. There are so many reasons to be green we can't imagine another doing it any other way.

What's your favorite eco tip?

Toss out those chemicals under your sink! There are many eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaners and disinfectants available that are effective cleaners!

We use a variety of products that are new on the market as well as age old recipes such as vinegar and baking soda! We use Hydrogen Peroxide to disinfect, it is so powerful it is being used to kill Anthrax in labs.

We save so much money too!
